Remarks by Dianne Haulcy, the newly appointed Assistant Commissioner for Early Childhood at the Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, & Families (DCYF), who also serves on the board of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. She will be responsible for managing all child care funding and programs as they transition to DCYF in the upcoming year.
