Registration is now open for vendors for the 2026 Minnesota Child Care Association (MCCA) Annual Conference! Don't miss this opportunity to network with more than 200 child care owners, operators and staff from throughout the state.

Conference Location: Plymouth Community Center (14800 34th Avenue N, Plymouth, MN 55447)
Vendor Setup: Thursday, July 16 from 7:00am to 8:00am
Vendor Teardown: Thursday, July 16 from 3:00pm to 4:00pm

Vendor Pricing

To reflect the increased costs associated with the MCCA Annual Conference and allow us to provide the best quality experience to attendees and vendors, we have made the decision to increase the vendor registration fee in 2026. We are incredibly grateful to our vendors for making the Annual Conference possible each year. Please reach out if you have any questions about this change.

Conference Vendor - $400

Door Prize: A door prize donation valued at $50 or more is required for each vendor.

The vendor registration fee includes:
  • An 8-foot vendor table with 2 chairs
  • Lunch and snacks for vendor staff
  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Listing in the vendor directory
 
MCCA center and sponsor members at the Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels receive discounted pricing on a vendor table. Check your email for a discount code or reach out to our admin team
